Covid-19 Update

Here at the Eye Center for Animals we are doing everything we can to continue to offer our patients the quality healthcare they deserve. In an effort to adhere to the social distancing guidelines we will be providing curbside service to our clients and patients. We ask that you please stay in your car. The health and safety of our employees and our clients are of the utmost importance to us. We will also be using our own leashes to transport our canine patients. You may hang on to their leashes and collars while they are in our care. 

Scheduled appointments:

Please call us when you arrive in the parking lot. A member of our staff will be out shortly to retrieve your pet and to chat about any concerns you may have regarding him/her. 

Dr. da Costa will perform the exam and he will then call you on your cell phone to discuss the details and necessary treatments or procedures that may be needed. We will deliver your pet, paperwork and medications to you in your car.

Drop-Off Appointments:

Please call us when you arrive in the parking lot. A member of our staff will be out shortly to retrieve your pet and to chat about any concerns you may have regarding him/her. Please bring all medications that your pet is currently using. After Dr. da Costa performs the exam and he will call you with a pick-up time and to discuss the details and necessary treatments or procedures that may be needed. We will deliver your pet, paperwork and medications to you in your car.

Surgery Appointments:

Please call us when you arrive in the parking lot. A member of our staff will be out shortly to go over necessary paperwork, retrieve your pet, and receive deposits. We will call you with a pick-up time and Dr. da Costa will discuss the details of surgery with you over the phone. We will deliver your pet, medications and paperwork to you in your car.

Medication refills:

Before you come over, please call the office with any refill requests, we will fill all medications and deliver them to you in your car. Payment over the phone at the time of ordering is appreciated.

We are encouraging payments over the phone at this time. If you are able to pay by credit card over the phone, we would greatly appreciate it. If you are paying by cash or check we will accept your payment at your car and return receipts and change to you.
